Oh so simple Grilled Lamb Chops (Quick and Easy)
- 4 Moody’s lamb chops
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary if you’re not a rosemary fan, use fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- juice from a quarter to half lemon
Mix the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Coat the lamb chops on both sides with the mixture and let sit for 30 minutes or more while the meat is coming to room temperature.
Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
When both the chops and grill are ready, sear the chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Medium rare is best for lamb.
