Pulled Pork 

Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 whole pork shoulder
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- water
- ¼ C liquid smoke
- salt & pepper----Lots
Instructions

With a small knife, insert slivers of sliced garlic all over the shoulder.

Place the shoulder in a Dutch oven and add water to half way up the shoulder, add the liquid smoke.

Salt and pepper the hell out of it!!!

Place in oven at 350° or slow cooker for 5 plus hours or crock pot all day.

Rotate shoulder every hours.

Cook with lid on for at least ½ the cooking time.

Shred meat with 2 forks.
