Led by executive chef Sal Fernandez — a Culinary Institute of America graduate with an advanced degree in baking — the BreadWorks team crafts everything from crusty sourdoughs and multigrain loaves to creative pastries, made-to-order crepes, and handcrafted doughnuts, all made with natural ingredients and locally sourced grains whenever possible.
