Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce

I think pork tenderloin is so underrated. This is such a simple recipe and so, so delicious. The mustard sauce adds an elegant touch!

🍷 Wine Pairing: A Pinot Noir will pair nicely with pork tenderloin.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

  • Grill

  • Tongs or other utensils to transfer meat

  • Meat thermometer

  • Medium-sized mixing bowl

Ingredients for tenderloin

  • 2 Moody’s pork tenderloins

  • 3 T olive oil

  • 2 T St. Elmo's seasoning (or your favorite)

Ingredients for mustard sauce

  • ½ C sour cream

  • ½ C mayonnaise

  • 1 T dry mustard

  • 1 T chopped scallions (or onions)

  • 1½ T white wine vinegar

Preparation for tenderloin

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the tenderloins with olive oil and then rub on the seasoning.

  3. Grill the tenderloins by turning so as to get a nice sear on all sides.

  4. Remove from grill when the internal temperature is 140°F to 145°F.

  5. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Preparation for mustard sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl and let stand for at least 4 hours - let stand on counter, NOT in fridge.

  2. Use as a sauce to taste with tenderloin however you prefer - pour on top, use for dipping, etc.
