Poor Man's Lobster (Monkfish In Butter)

Monkfish is a well-kept secret - it's delicious and a fraction of the price of lobster. Monkfish has a meaty flesh similar to lobster; you’ll love this rich, buttery fish recipe. A French Bordeaux Blanc pairs nicely with this delicate fish. A less oaky Chardonnay is also a nice choice.

🍷 Wine Pairing: French Bordeaux Blanc
