Simple Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pork shoulder

  • 6-8 garlic cloves

  • water

  • ¼ C liquid smoke

  • salt & pepper----Lots

Directions

  1. With a small knife, insert slivers of sliced garlic all over the shoulder.

  2. Place the shoulder in a Dutch oven and add water to half way up the shoulder, add the liquid smoke.

  3. Salt and pepper the hell out of it!!!

  4. Place in oven at 350° or slow cooker for 5 plus hours or crock pot all day.

  5. Rotate shoulder every hours.

  6. Cook with lid on for at least ½ the cooking time.

  7. Shred meat with 2 forks.
